Minutes from 9/10 accepted with amendment of Donna Miles to receive proposal for can recycling.

TREASURY REPORT:  Janet gave treasury report.  We have 0 in bingo account after paying September staff payments, $302.14 in Parent Savings account, and $9546.97 in Parent Checking account.  The funds collected for the ZIA trip to be returned to Mr. CB, since the BOP isn’t involved in trip.  After ZIA funds returned, October staff payments, T-Shirt costs, Mark Wood Concert reimbursement we will have approximately $1054.97 in parents checking account.

WAYS & MEANS:  Little Ceasars raised $823.00 with checks still coming in.  Candy sells begin tonight with trail mix offered as healthy alternative.  We can still sell Macy’s cards. Buttons:  Students pictures  will be taken at CU and Greeley competitions .  Cost still to be determined.  Info to be e-mailed soon.  T-Shirts:  artwork needs to be camera ready.  Once supplier receives, they can be ready in 1 day.

BRONCOS:  Still need more help for all upcoming games.

BEC:  Teri talked with Rob today.  She will meet with him this week.

HOSPITALITY Chair clarified which includes:  Meet & Greet, End of the Year BBQ, goodwill ambassador to all parents, cakes for concerts.  Feeding kids at competitions not in bylaws as hospitality chair.

NEW BUSINESS:

                Should we renew Bingo license.  We will get more information from Ken Randall and discuss at new meeting.

                SCHOLARSHIP:    Janet, Teri, Gary & Trudy nominated as committee for scholarships.  The committee  to come up with a proposal on how to fund scholarships awarded in May.
