Thornton High School offers two orchestras. The Concert Orchestra is designed so that students that are still learning basic fundamentals and music can improve themselves. The Symphonic Orchestra is designed for the more advance student musicians can learn advance fundamentals and music. An audition process is held to determine which orchestra your student will be in. Mrs Nancy Marble is the current Director of Orchestra at Thornton High School.
